What you can expect in a class

One of the joys I love to share in a class is when people see how easy it is to make fresh pasta at home. Together, we’ll create a meal to enjoy together.

The menu is customized according to your taste, with generous servings of food and wine, and the pièce de résistance of your home-made pasta.

In the garden, ready to eatAfter the Cooking Class, we’ll eat in the garden, when the weather is nice

When the weather is favourable, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labours in the garden as we share a family dinner together. With views back towards Florence, the 20-minute trip is worth it! Transportation can be arranged, if you need it – just let us know a few days before.

We are happy to work with small groups, including kids accompanied by a related adult.
