This experience includes a view of a typical Italian panorama of three-course dinner: hand-made pasta (gnocchi, stuffed pasta and lasagna), a nice range of second courses not too time-consuming to make & desserts.
Of course, on demand, I am ready to discuss with you the alternatives for fish lovers and vegetarian, exploring the many alternatives offered by Italy’s amazing richness in ingredients.
This includes a welcome bottle of Prosecco and amuse-bouche in the afternoon as aperitivo, a typical little break everybody enjoys. In my hands-on class, you’ll prepare the meal with my supervision and tips. Finally, we’ll share together the three-course dinner with selected Italian wines.
When the weather is favorable, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labors in the garden as we share a family dinner together. With views back towards Florence, the 20-minute trip is worth it! Transportation can be arranged, if you need it – just let me know a few days before.
I am happy to work with small groups, including kids accompanied by a related adult. If you prefer to enjoy your class but having the kids with you, just let me know in advance. I collaborate with an agency of young and enthusiastic agency of native English speaking baby-sitters.
I change our menus to suit the seasons and use local, fresh and organic ingredients from farms nearby.
